Andrew and Scott met several years ago through Scott’s wife. She was later heard saying, ‘Well I knew there would be synergy. A shared passion for real estate, the art of finding a deal, and sharing their expertise with others.
Over the last several years, Andrew and Scott have committed themselves to serving as a resource for one another in their ventures. Together, they brokered a 10-acre land deal in the Nashville area, partnered on hard money lending and have worked on several investment properties.
They have both worked alongside some of the most well-known athletes and entertainers in Nashville. Their passion for real estate and the benefits derived from it have allowed them opportunities to educate, introduce and promote its advantages to others.
Andrew and Scott’s extensive real estate background while differing to some degree, blends them together like a well-oiled machine.
Andrew Day, Principal
Andrew Day has a diverse background within the world of real estate from traditional and non-traditional financing, to the buying and selling of investment property and farms, to building single family homes, and representing others in the purchasing of their own homes.
His experience in the various tranches of real estate have made Andrew an expert in value recognition and negotiation propelling him to master the art of the deal. Andrew is meticulous in his analysis of each deal and takes pride in the relationships he builds along the way.
Andrew’s passion for real estate was born during a battle with cancer (now cancer free since August 2013) when he discovered the book, “How to Become a Millionaire in 10 Years” which introduced him to real estate.
He transferred his vast knowledge of finance, commercial construction and sales from time spent in commercial roofing to purchasing single family homes, apartments and to acquiring land and development opportunities. Over the last eight years of investing Andrew has developed large sites, built numerous properties, managed multimillion-dollar construction projects, and assisted others in doing the same. His largest real estate deal to date was 1,440 acres outside of Nashville.
Andrew has a passion for the outdoors and loves developing land. He believes real estate is a great investment tool and uses his diverse knowledge in the areas of finance and construction to help drive returns to investors.
Andrew’s key to success is his ability to work tirelessly for his clients and investors. His creativity allows him to make deals out of nothing by working with all parties to ensure their best interests are met.
Andrew and his wife, Elizabeth, live in Franklin, TN, with their four-year-old daughter and one-year-old son. When Andrew isn’t pursuing a new deal, in his free time, you will be sure to find him either at church, hunting, fishing, golfing and instilling in his own children a love for the outdoors and land.
Andrew is also involved with the Sarcoma Foundation to help fundraise money to further research and development for sarcoma research grants along with the American Society of Clinical Oncology. Andrew has been known to host a team for the annual race for a cure recruiting his network in supporting the cause.
In his commitment to multi-family housing, Andrew also commits his time and energy to the Greater Nashville Apartment Association furthering his own pursuit of continued education and when the opportunity arises to allow others to lean on his expertise.
Scott Stephens, Principal
Scott Stephens is a full-time real estate investor and developer. For the past eight years his expertise has crossed all facets of the real estate industry from tax sales to residential and commercial real estate and development.
Scott started his career acquiring distressed assets and within his first two years he was involved in over 100 deals involving notes, tax sales, and foreclosures. Scott used his gifts of strategic thinking and problem solving to create non-conventional opportunities when working within distressed assets, specifically tax sales.
In the last three years Scott has brokered a multimillion-dollar land deal in Nashville, acquired the historic Communion Bread building on Gale Lane, and through his expertise in buying and selling apartments has created many opportunities for his investors.
Scott holds a unique passion for real estate and the difference it can make in the lives of others to not only build wealth but create a lasting legacy of generational wealth for their families and future generations. His commitment to helping others dive into the world of real estate and conquer the fears holding them back has opened the door for him to mentor and partner exclusively with athletes, entertainers, and entrepreneurs in buying income producing commercial properties.
One quote that inspires him is, "Everybody already knows that" is different than "Everybody already does that." This simple difference propels him forward in his mission and he believes it will move you too.
Scott's mission is to educate and encourage others to take action in creating financial freedom, certainty for their family, and lasting income for future generations of family to come.
Scott holds a finance degree with a concentration in real estate from the University of Alabama. Scott and his wife, Maleah, live in Nashville, TN where they welcomed their first son in 2020, a heart transplant recipient. They enjoy traveling around the world whenever they have the opportunity (which sometimes means for Scott, following his wife around while she competes in various races around the country) as well as spending time with their friends, family, and two Labrador Retrievers.
Scott is involved with the Phoenix Club of Nashville whose mission is to develop leaders and help at risk youth in the local Nashville community, specifically the Boys and Girls Club, Barefoot Republic and Junior Achievement. Scott along with the other members is committed to developing partnerships and relationships with organizations across the community in order to create corporate and personal relationships that enhance the outreach and impact of their organization.
Scott serves on the board of a non-profit and research organization, Enduring Hearts, whose mission is to enhance and innovate through research within the pediatric heart transplant medical community to help children with heart transplants live longer, healthier lives.
In addition, Scott also spends much of his time involved in the service of his local church, Crosspoint, leading and encouraging the congregation as well as the staff, being an avid volunteer when a need is presented and by sponsoring many individuals across the country in their mission work.
